Aivolve AI
The platform looks at things like customers, products, sales, market trends and channels, helping businesses understand their performance and make better-informed decisions.
My role was to turn this broad set of capabilities into a product experience that was easy to understand and navigate.
Businesses have access to huge amounts of information across customers, products, sales, channels and the wider market. But having the data isn't the same as knowing what to do with it.
How can a data heavy AI platform help business teams move from understanding what is happening to deciding what to do next?
Product Understanding
Before designing the interface, the team and I mapped how information moved through Aivolve and how its different parts connected.
The platform covered everything from market and customer data to AI generated insights and business decisions.
This gave me a clear foundation for structuring the product:
Data → Intelligence → AI → Insights → Decisions → Experiences

Understanding the data
The platform brought together five main areas:

This helped define what information belonged where and how users could move between different parts of the platform.
Design Decisions
Turning business questions into a clear information structure
I structured the experience around what is happening, why it is happening, and what to do next, giving users a clear path from overview to action.
Bringing customer intelligence into the wider business picture
Customer profiles, segments, funnels and cohorts helped connect who customers are and how they behave with wider business performance.
Connecting AI insights to the data behind them
Rather than treating AI as a separate feature, I integrated predictive insights and generated recommendations into the same journey from data to decision.
The Final Product
One platform that turns customer, product and sales data into clear insights and actions, from a business overview down to a single campaign.

Designing for decisions, not just data
Aivolve showed me how much design can influence the way people understand data. I learned to think beyond displaying information and focus on how AI and analytics can help users interpret it and decide what to do next.
