Hi! I'm Khunsa — a Berlin based Product Designer

As the sole designer, I designed an internal EMS system from the ground up, bringing five departments and their day to day workflows into one digital platform.

The goal was simple: replace fragmented, manual processes with one clear system that made it easier for teams to manage their work, information and communication.

I redesigned Phaedra Solutions’ website to make it easier for users to understand the company, explore its services and take action.

The goal to reduce early drop off and turn a content heavy website into a clearer, more structured experience that balanced user needs, conversion and SEO.

An AI-powered customer intelligence platform that brings customer, business and market data together in one place through the platform

The goal was to turn complicated data and AI capabilities into clear recommendations and decisions.
